Stuff happens we know it, and we want to get you back out on the water. Here are the steps to place a warranty claim.
1st- contact us at AFishnSealights@gmail.com with a description of your issues, pictures, and proof of purchase.
2nd- During the claim process you will be asked to return the product, the cost of the shipping will be on the customer not on us.
3rd- Once we have received the light and have confirmed that the light falls under manufacturer defects. We will ship out your replacement after the customer has covered the shipping cost.
****Warranties voided if: light was purchased over a year of claim, products show evidence of abuse, modification, neglect, improper maintenance, or intentional or accidental misuse or damage. Our lights are underwater only, warranty voided if not used underwater.
